Virtual Identity Verification

To protect your personal information and comply with IRS and FTC requirements, all new clients must complete a brief 15-30 minute Virtual Identity Verification Call before submitting tax documents.

During the call, we will:

  • Verify your identity

  • Explain our process

  • Answer any questions you may have

Once verified, you may complete your tax interview and upload your tax documents to our secure online portal.

  • Duration: 15-30 minutes

  • Please have your required documents ready (download our Virtual Tax Checklist).

This step keeps your information secure, helps to prevent identity theft, and allows us to begin your tax return with confidence.
